We will meet via Zoom and sessions run 60 minutes, focusing on your immediate planning priorities, whether that’s venues, vendors, guest lodging, or your overall wedding vision. We recommend bringing any inspiration (like Pinterest boards or saved Instagram posts), budget estimates, and a list of questions you’d like to cover. After each session, you’ll receive a follow-up summary with action steps, recommendations, and planning tools to help you move forward confidently.
How do you assist with venue and vendor selection?
We provide curated venue and vendor research and recommendations tailored to your preferences, style, and budget. We'll simplify the selection process, doing away with endless scrolling and guesswork by sending you a shortlist of options that align with your vision. We guide you through the decision-making process, offer expert insight, and assist with communication and contract negotiations to ensure clarity and confidence every step of the way.
Can you help with site visits if I want to see venues in person?
Yes! While most of our planning is done virtually, if you’d like us to attend an in-person site visit in the DMV area, we’re happy to join you—just note that travel fees may apply.

What about lodging for guests?
We assist with lodging arrangements for your guests, including researching and recommending hotels, managing room blocks, and coordinating reservations to ensure your guests have a pleasant stay.
What kind of support do you provide on the wedding day?
While our services are virtual, we support you all the way up to your wedding day—including helping you find and vet a trusted day-of coordinator. For couples in the Washington D.C. area, we also offer decor setup so you can enjoy the day without lifting a finger.
What about post-wedding brunches?
We can assist with planning post-wedding brunches, including venue selection, menu planning, and coordination of details to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for you and your guests the day after the wedding.
